 At Charms Club, we take pride in crafting unique, handmade products in our small Los Angeles studio. To support the sustainability of our small business and the handmade nature of our items, please review our updated return policy below:  

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, we’ll issue a full refund. Please email a photo of the damaged item to info@charmsclub.shop within 24 hours of receipt.  

Restocking Fee: To support our small business and account for the nature of our handmade products, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Shipping Cost Deduction: All returns are subject to a deduction for the original shipping cost.  

Original Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.  

Request Window: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your package.
