Shipping policy

We currently ship both within the United States and internationally.

Orders over $35 qualify for free U.S. standard shipping.

Free international shipping is available on select orders over $99. Some exclusions and shipping restrictions may apply depending on location.

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Because many of our pieces are handmade in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary during launches, events, or high volume periods.

Charms Club is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders.
