Step 1: Purchase Your Customization
The customization service is a flat fee.
This price includes everything: the sneaker, design fee, and shipping (special requests may require additional cost).
Step 2: Connect With Our Team
After your purchase, a Charms Club staff member will reach out to you via email.
You’ll receive a short questionnaire to better understand your style and preferences.
We’ll also share an inspiration/reference deck to help guide the creative direction.
Step 3: Set the Direction
Once we gather your ideas, we’ll prepare a visual proposal showing the customization concept for your sneakers.
This is your chance to review, refine, and confirm the design direction before production begins.
Step 4: Special Requests
If, during our communication, you request specific materials, higher value sneaker, or design features that go beyond the standard service, we’ll let you know if there will be any additional costs before proceeding.
Step 5: Approval & Production
After you approve the final proposal, the Charms Club team begins the customization process.
Step 6: Production Timeline
Customization typically takes 4–8 weeks to complete once your proposal is approved.
We’ll keep you updated on progress along the way.
Step 7: Shipping & Delivery
When your sneakers are ready, we’ll ship them directly to you.
Please note: because each pair is made exclusively for you, all customized sneakers are final sale and non-returnable.
