At Charms Club, we take pride in crafting unique handmade pieces in small batches. Because of the nature of our products, please review our return policy below.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll gladly issue a full refund or replacement. Please email photos of the damaged item and packaging to info@charmsclub.shop within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Requests

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email info@charmsclub.shop ith your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. A 10% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.

Final Sale Items

Custom pieces, personalized items, earrings, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Handmade Variations

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, shape, or detailing may occur. These small differences are part of the charm of handmade production and are not considered defects.
